Customer is responsible to distribute load over trailer to meet legal load rules and by-laws. • Tandem Air Brake ABS Axles - 22,500 lbs. capacity each axle- Dual Wheels with Oil bath bearings on each axle. • Air Ride Suspension 22,500 lbs. (each axle) with Leveling Valve and Quick Dumping Valve. • King Pin Style for 5th Wheel, positioned with 18” setback and adjustable height. Median height is 48" to 49”. • Heavy-duty reinforced steel tubing trailer frame. All joints are fully perimeter welded. • Perforated, galvanized steel, safety grip/Anti-slip heavy duty runners, pull out rear ramp extension and top pull out ramps. 34” on main deck, 28 “on lift and lower deck, rear extension front pull out ramp • Approximate 19’ long middle tilt ramps are 28” wide and hydraulically operated. Finish colour coats are Black Polyurethane. • 7 contact round Philips style power plug socket. • Deep cycle 12V battery, hydraulic pump, reservoir, valves and wired remote control in lockable steel enclosure on passenger/ curb side of trailer. • Single Pole charge wire socket battery wires. • LED Sealed type marker, turn signals and taillights, wired to Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (M.T.O.) specifications to one terminal block at front. No outside exposed connections. All connections are crimped, soldered, heat shrink sealed and loomed in corrugated, spiral tubing. • Reflective tape and markings are applied, then trailer frame seams are undercoated with Krown Rust Preventative. • Limited 3 Year Pro-Rated Major Structural Warranty (Canada ONLY) and 1 year on non-consumable parts. Axles come with 2-year pro-rated warranty on non-consumable parts. • This trailer meets and exceeds the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (M.T.O.) standards and is M.T.O.
